Les Chardonnerets pour 9 personnes plus bébés 5 Chambres - 200m²

La Maison du Blé pour 11 personnes plus bébés - 5 chambres - 200m² 

Ensemble - gîte pour 20 personnes - 10 chambres - 400m² - piscine privée

Le prix pour le weekend est 50% de la prix par semaine, sauf pour noël et St Sylvestre où le prix ne change pas.

2011 - Les Roches

Sleeps 12 plus babies in five bedrooms. Located in the village of Le Langon. Pool private and for the exclusive use of Les Roches. Le Roches is normally a Thursday changeover.

What the Price Includes

• Rental of the named property for the period of your stay

• Cleaning at the end of your stay

• Supply of towels (bath and pool)

• Bed linen on all beds and cots as required

• All utilities including heating of the pool*

• Consumables such as loo paper, foil, clingfilm and cleaning products

• All local tourism taxes, and VAT (TVA) where applicable.

* The pools are normally available from end April to the end of September, subject to weather conditions.

Notes

Prices may be subject to change. However, once you have made your booking, the price will not be varied. The currency in which the deposit is paid is the currency in which the balance must also be paid.

Rental periods commence at 4pm on the date specified, and the prices quoted are per week for the property irrespective of the number of people occupying it. Prices are quoted in Sterling and Euros.  Currently, we can  accept payment in the following ways:

• In Sterling, either by cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct transfers to our UK account;

• In Euros by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment by credit card MAY give benefit in terms of enhanced insurance - your card issuer will provide details of this;

• In Euros by cheque drawn on a French bank account;

• In Euros by direct transfer to our French account.

Note that international wire transfer of funds usually incurs fees, and some of these will be for the sender's account: please talk to your own bank about these.

2012

We are now taking bookings for 2012. Prices are quoted in both Sterling and Euros and can be paid in either, though once a booking is made the choice of currency cannot be varried. Changeover days for 2012 will be:

• Les Alouettes - Saturday

• Les Roches - Friday

• Les Chardonnerets / La Maison du Blé - Thursday until June 2nd, then Saturday until the end of season. From July 7th until September 1st the two properties can only be taken as a single let sleeping 20.

• Changeover days in our properties may be flexible outside of the period June - September: please enquire.

2012 - Les Alouettes

Sleeps 8 plus 2 babies in four bedrooms. Located in Le Langon adjacent to our home. Pool shared with us and our children. Note that in July and August two week slots only are offered at Les Alouettes.

2012 - Les Roches

Sleeps 12 plus babies in five bedrooms. Located in the village of Le Langon. The heaéted pool is private and for the exclusive use of Les Roches.

2012 - Les Chardonnerets & La Maison du Blé

Les Chardonnerets sleeps 9 plus babies in five bedrooms; La Maison sleeps 11 plus babies. Located in Mouzeuil St Martin adjacent to each other. Pool shared between the properties which may be taken seperately or together and the price shown is per property. During July & August the two properties are offered only as a single unit sleeping 20 and the price for this is shown. Note that until June changeover day is Thursday, thereafter it is Saturday.
